HR Manager

Acuver Consulting is looking for a proficient HR Manager between 5-7 years relevant work experience to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Reporting to HR Head on the new process and policies implementation and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Mentoring the team and providing adequate support on a daily basis to the team.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs of the employees by connecting with Managers, schedule trainings, monitor training programs, prepare on pre and post training reports and share with Functional Head and Management.
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration and taking care of the vendor management process.
  • Conducting periodic surveys, ensure bi-weekly and monthly connects with Functional Heads and employees respectively, understand the needs of the employees and share recommendation of Rewards and Recognition plan with the HR Head.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Must and good to have skills

  • Post-Graduation in HR from a reputed organisation having relevant 5-7 years of work experience on managing team and HR Practices.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
